Practical support. A whole-person approach.
Elements Allied Health was created around a simple idea: wellbeing is rarely about one thing.
Looking at the whole person
Mental health, relationships, independence, purpose, routine, connection and participation can all influence how someone is functioning.
We focus on practical, person-centred support that helps people build confidence, strengthen wellbeing and participate more fully in everyday life. We want you to feel comfortable reaching out without feeling you need to fit into a particular box.

How we work with you
We take the time to understand your circumstances and what matters to you. Support is collaborative and shaped around your goals and preferences.
We value respect, choice, trust and community connection. Practical progress can mean building confidence, finding a steadier routine, navigating services or reconnecting with people and activities.
Wellbeing happens in the community too.
Connection, meaningful activity, relationships and a sense of belonging can all contribute to wellbeing. Community-based appointments, outreach and education are part of how we bring that approach into practice.
Our relationship with Mindful Mates
Our private practice has changed its name from Mindful Mates Social Services to Elements Allied Health. Mindful Mates Association remains a separate community charity and continues under the Mindful Mates name.
